Duggar Baby Update
It has been a fabulous year for TLC’s the Duggar family (you know, the family with all the kids). They are the family who just keep popping them out left and right thanks to super sperminator Jim Bob Duggar and his wife placenta poppin’ Michelle. But, in all seriousness it hasn’t been all sunshine and roses for the TLC family as devastating news struck the Duggars just a couple weeks ago. Jim Bob and Michelle were forced to deliver their 19th child, Josie, a few months early due to big fat problems with Michelle’s health. Get the Duggar baby update here!
Michelle Duggar has updated People magazine with the status of their little one, who was born prematurely on December 10th, 2009. We are dying to know, how in the heck is Josie Duggar doing after her premature delivery? For those of you who didn’t know, Josie was born weighing in at a tiny one pound, six ounces after an emergency C-section was required due to preclampsia complicating Michelle’s pregnancy. This baby and the Duggar family have a long road ahead of them!
However, Michelle remains positive telling the magazine, “Josie is doing as well as can be expected for a baby at her age. We are taking each hour as it comes. We feel so blessed that God has given us to her and are cherishing every moment with her.”
Jim Bob also commented on their current situation saying, “This is so difficult, but I know that we are leaving this in God’s hands. God’s will is what we would choose if we knew all the facts. Our children’s spiritual maturity is going to deepen so much through this, in a way that couldn’t happen any other way.” That is so sweet and I wish only the best for this little girl. But…while my heart goes out to Michelle, Jim Bob and their brood of now 19 children, I’m wondering as I am sure many of you are…could kiddo number 20 be in the works or maybe already be growing inside a nice warm belly? Don’t even lie…you know it has crossed your mind!
At this point, I am thinking probably not, but this family has surprised us before! You just never know about Michelle and Jim Bob, those crazy kids!
Duggar baby number 19 was born premature, but mama Michelle is delighted to announce that she is cherishing every moment with Josie Brooklyn. Little baby Duggar is hospitalized at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Get well, Josie!
