The investigation into Michael Jackson‘s death continues, as cops are trying to close in on who may have supplied the King of Pop with a dangerous drug that may have killed him.

Los Angeles County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter made a visit to Dr. Arnold Klein’s office on Tuesday, to take care of official business.

“We are continuing with our investigation,” Ed told reporters upon leaving the doc’s place. ”Dr. Klein is cooperating with it. There’s been rumors that Dr. Klein is not cooperating, but that’s not true.”

Investigators are also contacting several pharmaceutical companies, in hopes to uncover who may have given the anesthesia drug Propofol to the singer. Vials of the drug were found at Michael’s house after his death, and cops are hoping to use the serial numbers on the bottles to get more info into who purchased them.

It’s a time-consuming project, so we’ll have to wait and see what they uncover, but it sounds like they have a good start.
