Wrigley’s is saying “Peace out” to Chris Brown.

The chewing gum company has announced that they are “formally terminating” their relationship with the singer.

I’m sure you’ll remember that Chris’ song “Double Your Pleasure” made for a very cool and happening Doublemint commercial, but Wrigley may have to go crawling back to those perky twins. Chris’ campaign with the company had been suspended in February after he was arrested for beating up Rihanna but, since pleading guilty to felony assault in June, they’ve chosen to let him go.

No biggie for us — we’ll just find a new commercial to dance to.
